Started at The Ritz Hotel, London, now Executive Chef, Sunlight Conferences Centres UK. Also a Judge for Salon Culinaire

 Mandy Taylor  Worked as Personal Chef and PA to Bob Hope
 Alison Taylor  Started at The Ritz Hotel, London, now owner of Simpsons Edgbaston, a Michelin star restaurant.
 Derek Rook  

Sadly deceased, but was Head Pastry Chef at Savoy, Claridge's and the Park Lane Hotel . He was also Assistant to M Lenottre, Chocolatier School in Paris and was invited to cook for President Clinton at The White House. He had a business supplying sorbets and ice creams and sugar work to top class hotels and restaurants in London.

Chris Sellors Worked for the Roux brothers at the Waterside Inn and was given his own private dining room to run and was eventually set up by the Roux brothers in his own restaurant.
Elizabeth Jones Worked as Chef to The Duke of Marlborough at Blenheim Palace.
Jane Felton Started at The Ritz, became Head Pastry chef at The Caprice.
Michael Lowe Started at the Palm Beach Casino Mayfair, now Executive Development Chef for Iceland and Bernard Mathews.
Denise Baldwin (Manley) Started at Claridge's, then Brown’s Hotel and Private Chef to Australian Prime Minister Keating.
Adrian Walton Gold Mine Camp in Kalgoorlie, WA. Opened Western Food Brokers, a very succesful business, and now runs Centaur Foods Ltd.
Jonathan Harvey-Barnes Started at Claridge’s and worked at restaurants from Billesley Manor to The Welcombe and now Executive Chef at Charingworth Manor.
Anthony Davies Started at The Dorchester and spent time in Sweden now a lecturer at Stratford-upon-Avon College
Sue Baker Started at the Savoy was the 1st female Chef de Partie there now is Catering Manager at City and Guilds
Wayne Thomson

Started at The Savoy and Claridge’s, Head chef at Nailcote Hall and New Hall Hotels.  Now owner of 9 Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon

Alison Mann Sous Chef at the House of Commons.
Emma Neal Worked at Claridge’s. Cooked her own choice of menu for HRH The Queen at Waddesdon Manor while still at college. Now a lecturer at Stratford-upon-Avon College.
Dan Robinson

Started at Claridge’s and worked in skiing resorts in Switzerland, now has his own outside catering business and co-owner 9 Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Daniel Florentino

Started at Billesley Manor now lives in Monte Carlo as Andrew Lloyd Webber’s private chef there.

Andrew Parkinson Started at Gleneagles Hotel now Executive Chef to Jamie Oliver, looking after restaurants in UK, Holland and Australia.
Paul Bowes Head Sommelier on RMS Queen Elizabeth 2 now F&B Manager on Cunard’s Queen Victoria
Lee Gaskins Head Chef at Highgate Conference Centre in Northampton
John Savage

Started at the Ritz Casino and became Executive Chef with The Roux Brothers at The Grand Hotel Amsterdam. He is now Executive Chef at the Sofitel Melbourne Australia.

Jamie Foreman Started at The Manoir aux Quatre Saisons with Raymond Blanc, then worked in Canada for 3 years. Is now a “rising Michelin Star” at the Dial House, Bourton-on-the-Water.
Paul Shepherd

Worked at the Cafe Royal, London, now has his own Hotel and safari park in South Africa

Mark Payne Started with Gordon Ramsey at Aubergine is now Executive Chef at The Avenue, St James, London.
Matthew Harris Started at The Berkeley, Knightsbridge, then with Gordon Ramsey at Aubergine and Marcus Wearing at Petrus, St James, London. Now Head Chef for Paul Heathcote in Lancashire.
Lisa Cotton Worked at the Berkeley Hotel and was appointed Manageress of the Minima Restaurant.
Lee Childs

Worked at Dormy House Broadway and is now Head Chef at Nailcote Hall.

Peter Knibb

Started at Claridge’s and then worked for Tommy Hilfiger in USA. Now owner of No 23 Leamington Spa.

Marcus Eaves

Started at Simpsons Birmingham, then Hibiscus, Ludlow, 2 Michelin stars with Claude Bosi. Now has own Michelin star at L’Autre Pied London, also featured on celebrity master chef BBC. Marcus won the Ramsey chef of the year competition.

Jason Eaves Worked with Marcus Wearing at the Berkeley, now Head chef with Glynn Purnell in Birmingham 1 Michelin Star.
Tom Green

Worked at No 1 Lombard Street, London and Michael Cains at Gidleigh Park and as Head Chef at the River restaurant Bristol. Now has his own catering business.

Steve Love 

Won Roux Brothers Scholarship worked with Alaine Ducasse in Paris now has own restaurant in Birmingham.

Frances Crute Worked at Claridge’s and then with Georgio Loccatelli and worked in Belgium for a chocolatier now has her own chocolate business.
Jenny O’Reilly (Hudson)

Worked at Claridge’s, now has own cake decorating business and made a first anniversary cake for HRH Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall.

Alasdair Dale Worked at Claridge’s and is now Executive Chef for an insurance company in the city.
Andrew Wheeler Head Development Chef for Thor ntons Chocolates. Also worked at the Royal Garden Hotel and the Glebe Hotel Barford.
Simon Fisher Worked at Claridge’s and Ettington Park before going to work in Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai as Executive Chef.
Andrew  Richardson  Director of the London House Mayfair.
Gaven Fuller Worked at Claridge’s, Billesley Manor, The Welcombe and is now Executive chef at Daylesford Farm Restaurant
Paul Kennedy Started at Claridge’s. Worked for the Roux Brothers in UK and at the Grand Amsterdam and is now Executive Chef at a catering complex in Abu Dhabi.
Dean Berry

Started at Claridge’s and then worked for the Roux brothers in UK is now the Executive chef in a catering complex in Dubai.

Steve McCartney

Started at Claridge’s is now a project manager at a farm restaurant in Oxfordshire.

Gavin Nixon  Head Chef at the Boot Inn at Lapworth.
Jon Allport  Chef de Partie at the Ritz London.
David Saul Started at Claridge’s now a lecturer at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College.
Ashley Shaw Started front of house Claridge’s then worked at the Ritz and now House Manager at the Westbury Mayfair.
Edward Deegan Started front of house Claridge’s. Won Employee of the Year in his first year. Went to Westbury as Assistant GM and got the hotel awarded 5 star status before moving to The Berkeley, Knightsbridge.
Tony Tobin

Worked at the Grosvenor Chester and Nico Ladenis in London now a celebrity chef on Ready Steady Cook as well as advertising Colman's products on TV. He has his own restaurant in Reigate called the Dining Room

James Workman Started at Claridge’s and then The Manoir with Raymond Blanc before working as a private chef for a American on a yacht as well as the American Ambassador to Spain. He now is a development chef and has developed lots of Lloyd Grossman sauces.
Andrew Sandall  Executive Chef at the Sidney Royal Opera House.
Mark Ruck

Won the Ramsey Student Scholarship , worked at Claridge’s and the Manoir with Raymond Blanc.

Dan Batchelor Owner of a restaurant in Leamington Spa.
Alex Lovell

Finalist in the Ramsey Scholarship, worked at the Mandarin Oriental and is now a partner with Dan Batchelor.

Sam Chan

Worked at Claridge’s and the Westbury and is now a chef de partie at the Hong Kong Jockey club.
