"I was the first student to get into the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art to study Stage Management & Technical Theatre and made it onto the front page of the local paper, although due to the lack of government funding, I was unable to take up my place.  Instead, I trained at Central School of Speech & Drama before working extensively in the West End & Europe, mainly in musical theatre productions such as Starlight Express & Saturday Night Fever.

In the last three years I have turned to teaching, passing on my skills & knowledge to learners at the South Devon College and more recently, I have founded the Apprenticeship in Technical Theatre at Exeter College.  I have also just gained my teaching qualification."
