By Aramark making the change to 1% milk this will reduce around 5.5 tonnes of saturated fat from our customer’s diets across the UK.

Reduced fat 1% milk tastes as good but has 4.4g less saturated fat per litre than semi-skimmed milk. It has the same amount of calcium as semi skimmed milk – the only thing you are losing is the fat.

Salt awareness
