Anne Cooke - First Aid Trainer

Anne qualified as a State Registered Nurse in 1980. She has had a very varied and interesting nursing career in theatre, hospice, district nursing, care of elderly and research into cervical cancer to name but a few!

She has worked in education for many years; firstly as a classroom assistant and special needs assistant and then started work at Stratford-upon-Avon College teaching First Aid. She leads a very successful team in First Aid and Health and Safety. She is  a qualified adult and further education teacher, assessor / verifier, distance learning tutor and has also completed the Nebosh certificate (Health and Safety). Three years ago she left college and set up her own First Aid training business which has proved very successful.
 
In her spare time (the little she has) she enjoys her garden and walking her 2 border terriers and spending time with her husband Richard and their five children – who aren’t children any more!
