A free event is being held in Stratford-upon-Avon to offer advice and guidance to members of the public and businesses on a range of employment and business topics.
Stratford-upon-Avon College’s business division, Stratford Business Services (SBS), is hosting an event at its Cygnet Court premises on Tuesday 22nd September 2009.
The event, which is running from 4pm to 6.30pm, is open to the general public and businesses who would like free advice on a number of issues ranging from writing an effective CV to increasing an organisation’s profit margins.
Business and employment experts will be available throughout the event to provide free practical help and support. Workshops will be running on a number of key topics including:
Turning Your Career Around
Budgeting and Forecasting
Using the Internet to Promote your Business and Sell Products
Marketing Strategies for Tough Times
Individuals can also access advice about starting their own business and getting prepared for work. Organisations can receive banking, marketing, financial, human resources and procurement guidance. FREE taster sessions will run throughout the event.
