Stratford Business Services receives Grade 1 “Outstanding” from the British Institute of Inn Keeping Award Body (BIIAB).

Stratford Business Services (SBS), the business division of Stratford-upon-Avon College, received this accolade following the BIIAB’s annual monitoring visit earlier this week for its outstanding quality procedures, communication and administration systems.

Denise Lymer, Business Advisor at SBS, commented, “We are delighted to have received this accolade. BIIAB National Certificate for Personal License Holder courses are run monthly at Cygnet Court, our training centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, and have become increasingly popular over the last year.”
