Enrolments sent by mail
Please make sure to complete both sides and post it to the Learning Advice Centre. Remember to enclose either a cheque made payable to Stratford-upon-Avon College or your credit card details. Please do not send cash.
If you wish for your receipt to be sent to you, please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope with your form. Unfortunately we will not be able to acknowledge your enrolment without this.
Enrolments by telephone
We are unable to complete your enrolment by telephone or fax. You will need to complete an enrolment form and return it to us to secure your place.
Please note that we will not contact you between enrolment and the first meeting of the class unless:

A course is already full when we receive your application

The course is cancelled

We need to give you special advice in advance
You should therefore ensure that you keep a note of the start date and time of the course and go directly to the class/reception on the first evening.
