The days and times when the IT Service Desk and Support is available.
The IT Servicedesk will be staffed at the following times:
08:30am - 04:45pm Monday
08:30am - 04:45pm Tuesday
08:30am - 04:45pm Wednesday
08:30am - 04:45pm Thursday
08:30am - 04:15pm Friday
IT support for exams, classes or special events may be available outside normal working hours where there is genuine need. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required and requests should be directed to the IT ServiceDesk by the person responsible for the session. If there are special IT requirements for the session, this should be clearly specified at the time of contact.
The booking of an IT room outside normal working hours does not automatically include the provision of IT support for the booked period unless specified and agreed.
